Tribeca EPP Box is a high-quality insulated food transport box. The boxes are made from high-density expanded polypropylene (EPP), which is durable to the point of being almost unbreakable. EPP is also extremely lightweight, making the boxes easy to carry when full. The boxes are also stackable, making them easy to store and transport. Designed to transport gastronorm pans, these boxes can be used with high-temperature stainless steel or polycarbonate pans. The material has excellent insulation properties and can preserve food from -40 degrees to 120 degrees. Provided that the boxes are more than 75% full and kept closed, the lost temperature is as little as 1 degree - 2 degrees per hour. All boxes are safe for direct food contact, making them ideal for use as storage boxes in freezers, refrigerators, and even dry storage areas. EPP is fully dishwasher safe, so all boxes can be used in commercial dishwashers. At the end of their life, all boxes are completely recyclable.
