The LED Display and glass panel located on the front of the Sedona Classic dehydrator are meticulously designed to maximize ease of use. Provides convenience in dark environments. With this panel, you can easily control the temperature and time.
Dual Fan Technology Thanks to Dual Fan Technology, the Sedona Classic dehydrator provides quiet operation, efficient energy consumption, and creates balanced airflow across all trays.
Dual Fan Technology consists of two 300-watt computer-controlled fans. This control allows you to operate the two fans together in two drying compartments or independently in a single compartment. With Dual Fan Technology, you can have Sedona® operate at 600 watts or 300 watts in two separate drying zones according to your needs.
Protects Food with Overheat Protection Feature Thanks to the Overheat Protection feature, the Sedona Classic dehydrator preserves enzymes without spoiling them. It does this by allowing you to set to maximum temperature instead of average temperature. The temperature never exceeds the setting, thus preventing raw foods from overheating. Each drying compartment has a separate heat sensor. This sensor monitors the current temperature of each independent fan heater set, improving the efficiency and overall quality of the drying process.
Cleaning and Usage Recommendations We do not recommend cleaning your product with water. Use a damp towel for cleaning. Never use your dehydrator in a humid room like a bathroom. Do not cover the ventilation holes while your dehydrator is running and do not expose it to high temperatures above 80°C. Do not store dried processed foods in Sedona, remove them immediately.
