Correct water temperature and contact time with water: Designed considering the water temperature and water contact time approved by Norsk Kaffeinformatsjon (Norwegian Coffee Information) and European Coffee Brewing Centre ECBC, the Wilfa filter coffee machine keeps the entire brewing process under control from start to finish. Thanks to its superior control mechanism, it prevents unwanted bitter or sour taste in coffee by ensuring brewing outside these values.
Adjusting the water drip: The drip speed adjustment mechanism guarantees the same quality every time, regardless of the amount of coffee you brew. There is an opening at the bottom of the product's filter holders that allows you to adjust the flow rate. This mechanism ensures that even if the brewed coffee is minimal, the coffee beans make contact with water at the ideal time. When you take your freshly brewed coffee from the glass pot, you can stop the dripping of water thanks to this feature.
Even water distribution: Thanks to its special head that distributes water evenly over the coffee particles, it ensures that all aromas of the coffee pass into the water. This filter coffee machine, which extracts maximum yield from freshly ground coffee beans, meets the conditions for ideal brewing at an optimum level.
Pump ensuring no water remains in the water tank and mechanism: Thanks to the tiny pump embedded inside the machine, the water within the system is completely drained with each brew, allowing fresh water to flow into the glass pot for the next brew. This ensures you use fresh and clean water for every brew, helping the coffee reach its rich aroma and delicious taste. Removable water tank: The 1.25-liter water tank made of BPA-free plastic makes it easier to pour water before brewing, and the measurement indicator on the tank allows you to easily measure the desired amount of water and coffee ratio.
