How is the Brix Value Measured Due to Temperature?
First, the temperature value of the sample to be measured is taken.
Then the sample is dropped onto the measurement scale.
According to which number the measured Brix value corresponds to on the scale with the temperature value, it is either added or subtracted.
Note: Temperature values between 15-19 degrees are subtracted from the measurement value.
Temperature values between 21-40 degrees are added to the measurement value.
The value measured at 20°C is the correct value.
