How to Measure Brix Value Due to Temperature?

• First, the temperature value of the sample whose Brix value will be measured is taken.

• Then the sample is dropped on the measurement scale.

• The Brix value and temperature value of the measured sample are either added or subtracted depending on the number it corresponds to on the scale.

• Note: Numbers between 15-19 degrees on the measurement scale table are subtracted from the measurement value, while those between 21-40 degrees are added to the measurement value.

• The value of the sample measured at 20°C is the correct value.
