Atago Pal-Alpha is a portable refractometer, suitable to carry with you. It allows quick measurement of values in vegetable and fruit juices.
It provides fast results. After pressing the START button, you can see the values on the LCD screen.

Calibration can be done with water. After applying 2-3 drops of water, press the START button, and then press the ZERO button after measurement to see zero on the screen. (A calibration example can be seen in the video below.)
