• Put some hot water into the glass and heat it, then wait for 1 minute
• Do not put boiling water into the glass without preheating
• Put 1 teaspoon of tea or coffee for each person into the glass
• Fill the glass with hot water (up to 2.5 cm below the metal lid)
• Close the lid and stir with the pump
• Be careful not to spill while stirring
