• To achieve a more profound flavor from your coffee, grind your coffee to a medium size.
• Place your paper filter on top of your brewing vessel and wet the entire filter with hot water and wait.
• Pour out the drained water.
• You can make your coffee by adding 10 grams of coffee to 180 ml of water. You can adjust the ratios as you wish to make lighter or stronger coffee.
• Using a barista kettle, lightly wet your coffee with 90-95 degree water and wait a bit.
• Slowly pour the water in a circular motion from the outside inwards using a barista kettle.
• Wait for about 1 minute and remove the coffee filter. Your coffee is ready, enjoy.
