• Insize 7315-3 model data transfer device is activated by pressing the red button on its back when plugged into a computer.

• The device is automatically recognized when the caliper is turned on.

• Measurement data is sent to Excel or text documents each time the data transfer button is pressed.

• If the measurement result is, for example, “8.12” mm, it may appear as “8.Ara” in Excel. To prevent this:

  1. Select the relevant column in Excel.

  2. Right-click and enter the “Format Cells” option.

  3. Select “Text” from the categories and click “OK”.

• Note: Data transfer can also be performed in text documents, but in these operations, the computer language setting must be English.
