In the La Cimbali M200 PROFILE model, it is possible to set a specific pressure profile for each button on the groups. By dividing the brewing into 3, you can adjust the pre-infusion, initial pouring, and finishing water amounts, times, and pressures. You can control the acidity, body, and aromas of your coffee as desired.
With La Cimbali's patented group temperature technology, you can individually change the temperatures of the group heads and create a unique taste for each coffee blend. This special system continuously controls the temperature in the groups and ensures heat stabilization.
Unlike the standard button versions that come with the La Cimbali M200 GT models, you can convert the screens above the group heads of your machine into touch screens if you wish. Thus, you can display your brand's logo on the groups and work more comfortably in your menu adjustments.

The sensitive heat and level meters inside the espresso machine boiler ensure the main boiler always has sufficient pressure. This technology detects every 10 ml of water missing from the main boiler and replenishes it instantly. However, when a large amount of water is used at once, it adds boiler water in 100 ml cycles, preventing the cold water newly introduced into the system from cooling the machine and slowing down the workflow.
