• All electric stoves and countertop cookers use 1.5 mm thick 304 quality stainless steel monoblock top tables produced with special molds using the press method. This increases the durability of the top table and provides ease of cleaning.
• The heat plates made from cast material are combined with the press-formed top table in a leak-proof manner.
• Each heat plate has an overheat thermal cut-off. This thermic cuts the electricity when the heat plate overheats, preventing damage to the plate, and automatically reactivates the system when the excessive heat disappears.
• Each heat plate has a 4-position switch allowing control between 90-450 degrees. This temperature control enables the user to perform applications such as cooking or holding.
• The oven section has independently controllable lower and upper heaters. The 3-position switch allows operation of the lower heater, upper heater, and both lower and upper heaters together.
• The oven has a thermostat that controls the internal temperature between 50-300 degrees.
• The oven interior is made of AISI 430 stainless steel. The interior has removable chrome-plated slides allowing cooking at 3 different rack levels.
• The channel and groove system made with press on the door and door counterpart prevents heat from escaping. Thus, the need for additional silicone seals used in ovens is eliminated.
• The oven interior is GN 2/1 size. Trays suitable for this size can be used.
