There is an overheat thermostat on the heat plate. This thermostat cuts off electricity when the heat plate overheats, preventing damage to the heat plate, and automatically activates the system when the excessive heat is eliminated.
Each heat plate has a 6-position switch that allows control between 90-450 degrees. With this temperature control, the user can perform applications such as cooking or keeping warm.
Counter top stoves have specially manufactured top tables using the press molding method. The rounded corners on the top table increase durability and provide ease of cleaning.
