Heat plates made of cast material are seamlessly integrated with the press top table.
Each hot plate has an overheat thermostat. This thermostat cuts off the electricity when the hot plate overheats, preventing damage and automatically re-engages the system when excessive heat is removed.
Each hot plate has a 6-position switch allowing control between 90-450 degrees. Thanks to this temperature control, users can perform applications such as cooking or holding.
