In electric ovens, the internal temperature of the electric oven can be controlled between 50-300 degrees Celsius with a thermostat.
The oven interior is made of AISI 430 stainless steel. Removable chrome-coated rails in the oven allow cooking at 3 different oven rack levels.
To increase oven insulation, the oven door, made of stainless steel produced with the press pressure method using special molds with a 40 mm thickness, has a handle resistant to heavy conditions and an ergonomic structure.
The stainless steel micro-perforated oven burner ensures maximum efficiency and rapidly increases the oven temperature.
In the 4-burner stove, the oven interior is GN 2/1 size. Trays suitable for this size can be used.
Each burner has a cast iron drip tray to place pots or pans on the stove. The stove drip tray is dishwasher safe thanks to its semi-matte and durable ceramic enamel coating.
