In electric ovens, the internal temperature of the electric oven can be controlled between 50-300 degrees with a thermostat.
The oven interior is made of AISI 430 stainless steel. Removable chrome-plated grills inside the oven allow cooking at 3 different oven rack levels.
To increase oven insulation, a stainless steel oven door, manufactured with special molds with a thickness of 40 mm, resistant to heavy conditions and with an ergonomic handle for better grip, is used.
The stainless steel micro-perforated oven burner ensures maximum efficiency and quickly increases the oven temperature.
In the 4-burner stove, the oven interior is GN 2/1 size. Trays suitable for this size can be used.
Each hob burner has a cast iron drip tray to place pots or pans on the hob. The hob drip tray is dishwasher safe thanks to its semi-matte and durable ceramic enamel coating.
