• Made of stainless steel sheet.
• The inner tank is made of 304 quality 2.5 mm press-formed material.
• The outer jacket is 304 quality 2.5 mm stainless steel.
• The lid is double-jacketed; the outer surface is made of 304 quality 1.50 mm and the inner surface is 1.20 mm sheet with special press-formed design.
• Welded with argon welding and weld marks are polished.
• There is a spring mechanism on the lid.
• The lid is equipped with a gasket; there are 2 locking mechanisms for locking during cooking.
• There is a steam release valve (lid safety valve) on the lid.
• On the tank, there is a jacket steam pressure valve and a manometer showing steam pressure.
• The tank is covered with glass wool insulation material to prevent heat loss.
• 0.80 mm stainless steel sheet is used for covering.
• There is a profile chassis at the bottom of the tank; it is equipped with height-adjustable 60 mm diameter stainless steel legs.
• The inlet for steam is 1.5”, and the outlet is ¾”.
• 2” capacity food discharge valve is designed with safety lever to prevent unintended openings.
• There is a hot-cold dual water connection swan neck sink faucet on the top plate of the tank.
• Steam jacket pressure is 0.4 bar / 40 pascal (maximum 0.5 bar).
• Maximum steam consumption: 90 kg/h.
• The body of the tank is in cylindrical form with a capacity of 500 lt.
