Unlike the main device, this temperature measurement station includes 2 temperature sensors: one wired and one wireless.
The communication range between the wireless sensors and the main device can reach up to 100 meters in open spaces (this range decreases to 25-30 meters indoors).
Measurements taken with the TFA 30.3062.10 device can be easily read on its large LCD screen.
The TFA 30.3062.10 Trio in/out thermometer operates with a total of 8 pieces of 1.5V AAA batteries: 4 for the main device, 2 for the wired sensor, and 2 for the wireless sensor.
Using the Min/Max feature, you can continuously view the minimum and maximum temperatures recorded.
The TFA 30.3062.10 Trio wireless thermometer has an alarm feature that allows you to set upper and lower temperature limits.
The alarm activates when the temperature reaches the set limit for the selected sensor; however, the alarm sound will start 10 minutes after the temperature threshold is exceeded.
The main device and the 2 sensors included in the package can be wall-mounted if desired. The main device can also stand on a table using its support leg.
How to Set a Temperature Alarm on the TFA 30.3062.10 Device?
To set an alarm, first select sensor 1 or 2 by pressing the CHANNEL button.
After selecting the desired sensor, hold down the ALARM button until the values on the screen start blinking.
Then, set the desired lower (min) and upper (max) limits using the plus (+) and minus (-) buttons, and press the ALARM button again to exit the menu.
Press the ALARM button once to activate the alarm (a bell icon will appear on the screen).
