The DPS series is a single-speed cutter/chopper/mixer sufficient for a wide range of applications such as making purées, sauces, and mayonnaise. As a member of the Hummusmaster® family, it is suitable for making perfectly smooth hummus.

The silicone lid gasket, the highest liquid capacity in the industry, and minimal space on your counter are other advantages. The optional scraper ensures faster processing times and even more homogeneous mixtures.

Thanks to the direct drive power transmission; we offer high speed, low noise, and maintenance-free operation. The powerful direct-drive form factor takes up little space on your counter. Direct drive means there is no belt to drive the blade. The blade is directly connected to the motor shaft. The standard machine is delivered with a 1500 rpm motor, but you can choose the 3000 rpm version. For general applications; including hummus and mayonnaise, we recommend the standard version.
