M200 PRESSURE PROFILE

In the La Cimbali M200 PROFILE model, it is possible to set a special pressure profile for each button on the groups. You can divide the brewing into 3 and adjust the pre-brewing - initial pour and finishing water amounts, times, and pressures. You can control the acidity, body, and aromas of your coffee as you wish.

GT TEMPERATURE TECHNOLOGY

With La Cimbali's patented group temperature technology; you can change the temperature of the group heads individually and create a unique taste for each coffee blend. This special system constantly controls the temperature of the groups and provides heat stabilization.

TOUCH SCREEN

In the La Cimbali M200 GT models, unlike the standard button versions, you can also convert the screens above the group heads of your machine into touch screens if you wish. Thus, you can display your brand's logo on the groups and work more comfortably in your menu adjustments.

The precise heat and level meter inside the espresso machine boiler ensures that the main boiler always has sufficient pressure. This technology detects every 10 ml of water missing from the main boiler and replenishes it immediately. However, when a large amount of water is used at once; it adds the boiler water in 100 ml cycles, preventing the cold water entering the system from cooling the machine and slowing down the workflow.
