USAGE AND MAINTENANCE INFORMATION
- Secure the machine to the table using the special clamp and insert the crank into the hole of the rollers. When using the machine for the first time, it is necessary to clean it with a dry cloth to remove excess oil. For cleaning the rollers, pass a small amount of dough through them to be discarded later.
PREPARATION OF THE MIXTURE
Measure for 6 people;
- 500g soft wheat flour and 5 eggs; you can use 1 cup of water instead of 5 eggs. For a delicious pasta, mix 250g soft wheat flour with 250g hard wheat flour. Do not add salt! Place the flour in a bowl and pour the eggs into the center. Mix the eggs with a fork to ensure they are fully combined with the flour.
