1- Hang the washable cloth-covered filter inside the brewing chamber. Pull the chain down and attach it to the end of the tube.
2- For brewing 5 cups of coffee, fill hot water up to the 5 mark in the lower chamber. For each 1 cup, you need to put one scoop of coffee into the upper chamber with the scoop provided in the box.
3- Place the brewing chamber on top of the lower chamber and place it under the siphon after lighting the heater.
4- As the water boils, the boiling water will pass into the upper part of the siphon. (A small amount of water will remain in the lower chamber.) After the water in the lower chamber rises to the upper chamber, gently stir it with the wooden stirrer included in the box.
5- Wait for 60 seconds, then remove it from the heat source. The brewed coffee will filter down to the lower chamber, separated from the coffee grounds.
6- Gently separate the brewing chamber from the bottom of the carafe by moving it back and forth. Serve by holding the brewing chamber by its handle.
Points to Consider;
- Do not light the stove's wick/cord without filling the stove's chamber with flammable liquids such as cologne, kerosene, etc. If you light the cord without pouring, the cord may burn out quickly, and you may not be able to make your coffee.
- You can clean the filter system and glass parts with soapy hot water.
- Scrubbing with granular powder detergents may scratch the glass.
