Marga Mulino is the only machine that can produce breakfast cereal and grain flour in minutes. It can be used for soft wheat flours like oats, barley, and rye, as well as durum wheat flours like spelt, kamut, rice, and buckwheat. Do not grind oily grains or seeds.
Marga Mulino uses three rollers that move at different speeds. These three rollers operate with the help of a turning handle or the Pastadrive Motor.
By adjusting the gaps between the rollers, it can be used for different purposes: position 6 is for obtaining grain flour, while positions 1 to 4 are used for obtaining grain kernels according to different personal preferences.
RECOMMENDATION
Before proceeding to the final processing, you can better understand the right position setting for your needs by testing with a small amount of grain.
FLOUR
We recommend pre-processing your grains through settings 1, 3, and 5 to obtain flour.
Then set the adjustment to position 6, so that all three rollers work simultaneously.
The first two rollers are for crushing the grains, while the third roller is used for refinement to obtain flour.
For a finer product, we recommend repeating position 6 several times. To sift out the bran, pass the final product through a sieve.
GRAIN KERNELS
You can work at positions 1, 2, 3, and 4 to obtain grain kernels.
By adjusting the distance between the first two rollers, you can obtain grain kernels in different shapes. In this process, the function of the third roller is to help the kernels come out more easily. The shape of the grain kernel depends on personal taste and the performance of the selected grain.
BREAKFAST GRAINS
Marga Mulino is the only product that allows you to obtain fresh cereal flakes for breakfast: this process, done just before consumption, ensures that the grain retains all its properties and allows the body to benefit from all its nutritional values.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
After fixing the machine to the table with the clamp from the box, place the turning handle in its slot and make the machine adjustment by pulling and turning the regulator. If you want to use it, you can attach the Pastadrive Motor as shown in this guide. If you are using the Pastadrive, there is no need to fix the Marga Mulino to the table.
Position 6 is suitable for obtaining whole wheat flour, while positions 1 to 4 can be used to make grain kernels.
Place the grains into the mixer and turn the handle. It is recommended not to fill the mixer completely, as it will prevent the rollers from working.
The obtained flour or grain kernels can be collected from the product tray. If you want to obtain a finer flour, process the product several times at position 6. If the flour does not fall completely from the mixer, use the brush from the box.
