A safety thermostat is also used to prevent overheating. • Electric models use a silicone sheath-covered adhesive resistor with a 140 °C safety thermostat. • In gas models, the stainless steel burner is placed under the water tank. The high-efficiency burner provides rapid water heating. • Depending on the device dimensions, the bain marie tank can hold 1 or 2 GN 1/1 pans. 1 pan for 40-sized products, 2 pans for 80-sized products. • A separation strip is used to separate the gastronom pans. |
