A safety thermostat is also used to prevent overheating. • In electric models, a silicone-covered adhesive resistance with a 140 °C safety thermostat is used. • In gas models, a stainless steel burner is placed under the water tank. The high efficiency burner provides fast water heating. • Depending on the device dimensions, the bain marie tank can hold 1 or 2 GN 1/1 pans. One pan is used in 40 cm products. Two pans are used in 80 cm products. • A separation bar is used to separate the gastronorm pans. |
