DESCRIPTION | * Bain Maries are used to keep cooked products at serving temperature with hot water steam * Water is added manually to the basin. * The drain valve on the front panel allows for quick water drainage. * Electric models feature a thermostat for temperature control between 30-90 °C. An additional safety thermostat is used to prevent overheating. * Electric models use a silicone sheath-covered adhesive resistance with a 140 °C safety thermostat. * Gas models have a stainless steel burner placed under the water basin. The high-efficiency burner allows for quick water heating. * Depending on the device size, the bain-marie basin holds 1 or 2 GN 1/1 pans. 40-unit products use 1 pan. 80-unit products use 2 pans. * Separation strip is used to divide the gastronom pans. |
