A safety thermostat is used to prevent overheating. • Electric models use a silicone-clad adhesive resistor with a 140 °C safety thermostat. • In gas models, the stainless steel burner is placed under the water tank. The high-efficiency burner provides fast water heating. • Depending on the device size, the bain marie tank holds 2 or 4 GN 2/3 pans. 2 pans for 40-size products and 4 pans for 80-size products. • Divider rails are used to separate gastronorm pans. |
