The blender motor's horsepower has been measured using a dynamometer, a machine routinely used in laboratories to measure the mechanical power of motors. Maximum 1.5 horsepower (HP) motor is our reference.
The horsepower output of the blender refers to the motor's own horsepower output, not the output in the blender pitcher. As with any blender, the output power in the pitcher is not the same as the motor's own horsepower.
Ice Crushing Setting:
- The blender operates at the optimal speed. It works with pulses between 600 RPM and 1000 RPM for 30 seconds to ensure the ice is evenly distributed, then continues crushing at high speed.
Iced Drink Setting:
- Gradually increases power to blend tough ingredients.
