• The stainless steel protective sheet is easily removable and dishwasher safe.
• Burners made of stainless steel are located under the cooking surface. The cooking surface temperature, controlled by a thermostatic gas valve, can be adjusted between 100-300 °C. This ensures optimum gas consumption and desired surface temperature distribution.
