SMOKING

• With the cold smoking technique and your Fast Smoking Machine, you can instantly smoke meat, minced meat, fish, cheese, yogurt, salad, soup, and even drinks of your choice, without altering their structure, and add great aroma and flavors! You can add a smoky aroma very quickly to products you place in any container that you can cover with a dome or a material like cling film, which you can obtain from us, and create very pleasant and impressive presentations with the dome and base plate.
  Turn on the switch of your machine and listen to the sound of the motor running. Once you are sure that air is being blown by bringing the end of the hose close to your ear, attach the nozzle to the rubber hole on the container or dome you will smoke. Ignite the wood chips with a lighter. (DO NOT USE A TORCH LIGHTER, AS IT WILL BURN THE WOOD CHIPS TOO QUICKLY AND DAMAGE THE CHIP HOLDER.)
  
• If you want to smoke coffee, alcoholic beverages, and similar liquids, you can pump smoke into the bottle containing the liquid and shake it, or place the glass containing the liquid under the dome to perform the same operation. You can also use the cup/glass lid that comes out of the box to trap the smoke.
