Epinox Siphon Coffee Brewing, 3 Cups

Instructions for Use ;

• Hang the washable cloth-covered filter inside the brewing chamber. Pull the chain downwards and attach it to the end of the tube.
• To brew 5 cups of coffee, fill hot water up to the 5 mark in the lower chamber. For each cup, you need to place one measure of coffee into the upper chamber using the scale provided in the box.
• Place the brewing section on top of the lower chamber and place it under the siphon after lighting the heater.
• As the water boils, the boiling water will transfer to the upper section of the siphon. (A small amount of water will continue to remain in the lower chamber.) After the water from the lower chamber rises to the upper chamber, gently stir with the wooden stirrer provided in the box.
• Wait for 60 seconds, then remove from the heat source. The brewed coffee will filter down into the lower chamber, separated from the coffee grounds.
• Gently separate the brewing section from the lower part of the carafe by moving it back and forth. Serve holding the brewing section by its handle.

Precautions to Consider ;

• Do not light the stove wick/string without filling the stove chamber with flammable liquid like cologne, kerosene, etc. If you light the string without pouring, it may quickly burn out, and you may not be able to make your coffee.
• You can clean the filter assembly and glass parts with hot soapy water.
• Scrubbing with granular detergents may scratch the glass.
