In the La Cimbali M200 PROFILE model, it is possible to set a special pressure profile for each button on the groups. You can divide the brewing into 3 parts and adjust the pre-infusion, first pour, and finish water amounts, durations, and pressures. You can control the acidity, body, and aromas of your coffee as you wish.
With La Cimbali patented group temperature technology; you can change the temperatures of the group heads individually and create a separate taste for each coffee blend. This special system continuously controls the temperature in the groups and ensures heat stabilization.
Unlike the standard button versions that come with La Cimbali M200 GT models, you can convert the screens above the group heads of your machine to touch screens if you wish. Thus, you can display your brand's logo on the groups and work more comfortably in your menu adjustments.

The sensitive heat and level gauge inside the espresso machine boiler ensures that the main boiler always has sufficient pressure. This technology detects every 10 ml of water missing from the main boiler and completes it instantly. However, when a high amount of water is used at once, it adds boiler water in 100 ml cycles, preventing the cold water newly entering the system from cooling the machine and slowing down the workflow.
